Conveniently located off Canterbury Road near EastLink, we’re the perfect stop before trips to the Yarra Valley, airport, or city. Our dedicated team has transformed an empty factory into a relaxing haven where pets feel at home.

Opening Hours

Open 7 days a week, Lou Lou’s guests will enjoy plenty of individual love and attention. Reception is open 10am-4pm weekdays and 10am-3pm weekends for drop offs, pick ups and inspections. After hours appointments are available.

Attractive Pricing

There are no complicated price structures at Lou Lou’s. No minimum stays, peak charges or extra costs for administering medications, play time or brushing. Boarding fees are charged per night, which means you do not pay for the day you pick up your pets.

Health & Wellbeing First

The health and well being of all our guests is our top priority. Therefore, all of Lou Lou’s guests are treated to a premium and fresh diet during their holiday, as well as the occasional treat. Facilities are kept hygienically clean using hospital-grade disinfectant and F10 veterinary standard cleaner. Access to veterinary care is available 24 hours a day and Lou Lou’s work closely with The Croydon Veterinary Clinic.

Each year the greater Lou Lou’s Community are invited to attend Lou Lou’s Birthday celebrations to vote for Caturday and Bunday Sunday of the Year, and People’s Choice Best Whisker of the Year. Follow along each week on Facebook and Instagram to see if your pet is featured.
